My horses would love "fat pasture". They don't need it, although I'm sure they would disagree with me. Hope you get to visit your sweet girl soon and I'm hope she is enjoying her fat pasture.
I'm sure Estes is much happier NOT in our 50+ mph winds and ice we've had for the last century (it seems). Jesse, on the other hand, stands facing the wind, loving it; Washoe sticks his backside in the shed and sleeps and Ranger merely tolerates it, but doing his job of keeping the stream open for drinking (Jesse's job is the water tank, itself). Gotta love how Mustangs care for themselves, in spite of us. Mom

I can't imagine not having my horses in my back yard. I'd miss them, too. As for getting fat... I'm obviously feeding far too much hay!

Aww, I would miss her too! I'm going to get all sad remembering the picture I love that I took of you two at HCR #1!
Hope she's really enjoying it but looking forward to being back with you :)
Just think. Spring is coming fast. Before you know it...you will be riding her around the mountains again.
