Horses and dogs I can read pretty well. Cats and cows... not so much.
BillAllenspark Lodgehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06390004633731055728noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7602045830931362686.post-24917649843763541862010-03-11T10:43:43.963-07:002010-03-11T10:43:43.963-07:00I love it! Shrank to right at 14 hands once we got to know each other.

Funder- Thanks for stopping by (glad you enjoyed!).

Roxanne- He never did trust Ranger after that, and I'm not sure Ranger had much use for him, either. And THANK YOU! A real author gave me a compliment! Ya'll should check out Roxanne's blog "PET BLOG -- All creatures great and small..." I love her Old Horse Trader stories!

Mrs Mom- I don't believe Ranger would think he was a jackass. I identified with the trainer since I was "ran" out of an arena by a Mustang once. Quite embarrassing, btw. Maybe she was just coming at me, with hooves thrashing in the air, to say hi?!? She was a great heeling horse--after I paid for her "professional" training, but I often saw the cowboy who bought her working at those hooves to try to keep them on the ground. :)Lindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14303523299217618526noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7602045830931362686.post-23938745312772414912010-03-10T11:37:57.056-07:002010-03-10T11:37:57.056-07:00Melissa, GunDiva and Shirley- It was great to watc...Melissa, GunDiva and Shirley- It was great to watch, but I did feel kind of bad for the horse... he seemed to be saying "What the hay!
